Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore Hunt Valley

My husband stayed here the night before our wedding and used the room the day of for him and his groomsmen/others to get ready in. They had a nice spacious room to fit 8 people in the day of to get ready. The room was clean and bright for pictures. Loved the kitchen. Plenty of seating for everyone. We were sad the pool was not up and running, but not a big deal on this trip. Breakfast was perfect for him and the guys to grab a quick bite to eat. The front desk service was kind and patient with our questions since we booked so many rooms. Outside of the lobby there was a nice fire pit for people to lounge around. Overall, we were happy with our time spent here.

Stayed here for over a month with my husband and our child. The location is in a good spot, close to restaurants, grocery stores, the interstate and even a metro train system down the road. The hotel offers many usual amenities: free breakfast, a pool, outdoor grilling( which were of high quality), laundry and dryer facilities, and 24 hour fitness room. They do a good job with the breakfast menu with a good variety ,only thing I wish they served was bacon on their menu, they do have meat patties which are good too. Rooms are spacious with a full fridge, 2 stove burners, a sleeper couch, table and chairs. Service was good the front desk staff was friendly helpful and outgoing. Housecleaning was bit lacking in the way of being more thorough with cleaning and are understaffed it seemed. We were particularly impressed by the front desk lady ,Renee, huge shout-out for her outgoingness, professionalism, and kindness. She always treated me and my toddler daughter like we were her good friends and took great care of us during our stay. Rosalia was also very helpful and kind to us on our stay. Unfortunely, while we were here the pool was closed the entire time all but 2 days and after that was closed again and we were here during summer so that was very disappointing. The rooms can use some fixups, there is a lot of wear damage inside, and the couches and pillows are good quality ,but the one we had was bady worn with holes in them. This place has so much more potential if the issues could be fixed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

My young son and I spent a week here while getting some work done on our home. The rooms are clean, the indoor pool was awesome and breakfast was such a nice perk to have! Thank you so so much to all of the staff members here for helping make our stay a comfortable one!

My husband and I checked in on Friday for a planned staycation to celebrate our anniversary and visit a nearby winery. There was a small hiccup during check-in, but Elizabeth was absolutely amazing. She was kind, patient, and very reassuring — she kept me calm and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Her customer service was refreshing and truly appreciated. Thank you, Elizabeth, for starting our weekend off on such a positive note

I highly recommend the Residence Inn in Hunt Valley. The staff is kind, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond for their guests. I stayed at this hotel for nearly a year due to a flood in my home, and during that time, it truly became a second home for me and my family. We spent many holidays there, and the staff made sure we felt celebrated and cared for—birthdays, Easter, and Thanksgiving included. Their thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality meant more to us than words can express. I would especially like to thank General Manager Tess, along with Mike, Susy, and Ms. Renee, for their exceptional service and kindness. I know I may have missed a few team members, and I sincerely apologize for that—but please know that the entire staff made a lasting impression. You truly can’t go wrong staying at this hotel.

Rooms were very clean, the public spaces were really nice. It has the biggest gym I've seen in this class of hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here while buying a house in the area. This spot was perfect for our stay. This spot has a great selection for breakfast. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Susie at the front desk has been extremely helpful addressing our needs.
